(1) Textile Engineer
Salary
CAD $75,000 – $105,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve textile manufacturing processes and fabric finishing technologies.
- Select and evaluate raw materials required for textile production.
- Support fabric manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, quality control, documentation, and shipping activities.
- Optimize production processes to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Evaluate textile performance, durability, and UV-protection characteristics.
- Collaborate with research, production, and quality assurance teams on product development.
- Prepare technical reports, production records, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout textile production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of textile manufacturing or textile engineering experience.
- Knowledge of textile production, dyeing, finishing, and quality assurance.
- Experience with textile testing and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

(2) Chemist
Salary
CAD $70,000 – $100,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical research supporting advanced textile technologies.
- Develop and evaluate textile coatings, dyes, and chemical treatment processes.
- Perform laboratory testing on textile materials and finished products.
- Support quality assurance and product validation activities.
- Research and develop new chemical formulations and textile treatment techniques.
- Analyze laboratory results and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and research personnel.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and quality records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory or industrial chemistry experience.
- Knowledge of textile chemistry, coatings, polymers, or material testing is considered an asset.

(3) Customer Service Representative
Salary
CAD $50,000 – $65,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing timely and professional support.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Provide product information and assist customers with selecting appropriate solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and support the sales process from inquiry to order completion.

- Prepare sales reports and customer activity records.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and production teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in textile, manufacturing, or industrial product sales is considered an asset.
